After 20 years of cooking Chinese Food, my repertoire of recipes include traditional dishes from many regions of China, including Mandarin, Szechuan, Hunan, and Peking styles. We use the freshest of ingredients within all of our dishes to preserve our high quality standard for great flavor and textures. I personally make the sauces and seasonings every morning. In addition, my chefs are trained to duplicate my recipes for a satisfying experience every time you come in. I strive to provide the best tasting food paired with a professional staff that will make you want to come back—and we all thank you for doing so.
